Effective for all orders placed through Astonishing Treats LLC

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies below.

🚨 IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Astonishing Treats LLC is a home-based bakery located on the Westbank of New Orleans, Louisiana.

PERISHABLE DESSERTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. WE DO NOT SHIP PERISHABLE DESSERTS.

If you are ordering from outside the New Orleans area or from another state, you are responsible for making sure you will be physically present in New Orleans, Louisiana, and able to pick up your order within the required pickup timeframe.

We do not issue refunds because a customer is unable to travel to New Orleans, changes their travel plans, or fails to pick up their order.

Please make sure you understand the pickup requirements before placing your order.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All desserts are made fresh to order and are perishable food products.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Astonishing Treats LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect ordering

• Inability to pick up an order

• Failure to pick up an order

• Travel or scheduling conflicts

• Customers being located outside of the New Orleans area

• Customers being unable to travel to New Orleans

• Failure to read or understand the pickup and shipping requirements

• Orders that are not picked up within the required timeframe

Once payment has been processed, your order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled for a refund.

Perishable desserts are available for local pickup on the Westbank of New Orleans, Louisiana.

When your order is ready, you will receive a text message or email containing the pickup location and/or pickup instructions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout and for arranging pickup once their order is ready.

Orders must be picked up within the scheduled pickup timeframe.

If an order is not picked up within 24 hours, it may be discarded due to the perishable nature of the product. No refund will be issued for an order that is not picked up.

Out-of-State & Traveling Customers

Please do not place an order unless you are certain you will be in New Orleans, Louisiana, to pick it up.

Customers traveling from another state or outside the New Orleans area are responsible for planning their trip around the scheduled pickup timeframe.

Astonishing Treats LLC is not responsible for travel changes, missed flights, transportation issues, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstance that prevents a customer from picking up their order.

An order being placed from outside Louisiana does not mean the order will be shipped.

If you are unable to pick up your order in New Orleans, you are not entitled to a refund.

Perishable desserts are NOT shipped.

Perishable desserts are available for local pickup only on the Westbank of New Orleans.

Certain non-perishable items may be eligible for shipping when specifically indicated on the product listing.

Please read the individual product description carefully before purchasing.

Any address entered during checkout may be used for billing purposes and does not automatically mean the order will be shipped to that address.

Before submitting payment, customers are responsible for reviewing:

By completing an order, the customer confirms that they understand whether their purchase requires local pickup or is eligible for shipping.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order with Astonishing Treats LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the policies stated on this website.

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback after purchasing an order that was made according to the customer's order specifications, Astonishing Treats LLC may provide the payment processor with relevant transaction documentation, which may include:

• Order details

• Payment records

• Customer communications

• Pickup notifications

• Pickup instructions

• Order completion records

• Customer acknowledgment of store policies

Customers who improperly initiate a chargeback or payment dispute may be restricted from placing future orders with Astonishing Treats LLC.

Although all sales are final, if there is an issue with an order caused by Astonishing Treats LLC, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the situation.

Customer concerns should be reported promptly and may require photos or other information to help us evaluate the issue.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Astonishing Treats LLC is a home-based bakery. Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing product information and contacting Astonishing Treats LLC with questions before ordering.
